The prototype of the Marin EVO™ Shear was originally developed to solve client issues with cutting large reinforced concrete pilings on bridge demolition projects.
Through our continuous research & development programme, the Marin EVO™ Shear has been modified and is now available for rental to the offshore and decommissioning markets. This enables the cold cutting of offshore pipelines (both subsea or on deck), decommissioning of subsea structures, asset intervention and asset disposal projects. The Marin EVO™ Shear boasts an efficient installation time, and completes full cuts in rapid time:
